A thoughtful, unpretentious charcuterie board for two that comes together in about 15 minutes. Perfect for a cozy date night at home with no cooking required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Brie
  • 3 oz Aged Gouda
  • 3 oz Sharp White Cheddar
  • 4–5 slices Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Genoa Salami, sliced
  • 3 oz Soppressata, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Fig Jam or Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Marinated Olives
  • ¼ cup Toasted Almonds
  • ¼ cup Dried Apricots or Figs
  • ½ cup Fresh Grapes, halved
  • 4–5 oz Crackers & Bread (water crackers, rosemary crackers, sliced baguette)

Instructions

  1. Take cheeses out of fridge 20 minutes before starting. Slice aged gouda and cheddar into thin triangles or rectangles. Leave brie whole. Place cheeses on board spaced evenly apart.
  2. Fold prosciutto into loose ribbons or waves. Fan out salami and soppressata in small arcs or piles. Group meats together near the cheddar.
  3. Spoon fig jam, honey, and olives into small ramekins. Place them around the board in empty spaces.
  4. Scatter almonds, dried apricots, and fresh grapes in remaining spaces, leaving some empty board visible.
  5. Fan crackers in small clusters around the edges of the board. Place water crackers near brie, rosemary crackers near gouda, and baguette slices near cheddar.
  6. Drizzle honey over brie, sprinkle flaky sea salt over gouda, and tuck fresh rosemary sprigs or edible flowers into gaps for color.

Notes

Let cheeses come to room temperature for 20 minutes before serving for best flavor. Don’t put crackers directly on cheese to avoid sogginess. Keep wet ingredients like olives away from dry crackers. Prep ingredients ahead of time for quick assembly. Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored separately for 2-3 days.
