  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Remove the sugar cookie crust from packaging and place on serving plate. Let come to room temperature if refrigerated or frozen (about 15 minutes).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined and smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes on medium-high speed.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula until light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the sugar cookie crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Arrange blueberries in the top-left corner to mimic the flag’s blue field. Create stripes by alternating rows of sliced strawberries and raspberries across the rest of the pizza. Add small white fruits as stars on the blueberry section if desired.
  8. Refrigerate the flag berry pizza for at least 1 hour to allow filling to set and flavors to meld.
  9. Slice into wedges and serve chilled.
