A light, refreshing copycat of the Starbucks Pink Drink made with real ingredients like passion fruit tea, coconut milk, and frozen strawberries. Quick to prepare and under 100 calories per serving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened passion fruit iced tea
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated, not canned)
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh strawberry slices (for garnish, optional)
  • Sprig of mint (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the passion fruit tea: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 Tazo Passion tea bags. Steep for exactly 5 minutes. Remove bags and let tea cool to room temperature (refrigerate for 10 minutes to speed up).
  2. In a large glass or mason jar, combine 1 cup cooled passion fruit tea, ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tablespoon honey, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. Add ½ cup frozen strawberries to the jar.
  4. If using a mason jar, screw on lid and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. If using a regular glass, stir with a long spoon until honey is dissolved and color is uniform.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  6. Pour into a serving glass over ice if desired. The frozen strawberries will sink to the bottom.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and a mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Brew the tea stronger than you think you need it (2 tea bags per cup of water) to prevent dilution. Let frozen strawberries sit for about 60 seconds after adding to allow them to thaw and release juice. Don’t skip the vanilla extract—it adds depth. If using sweetened coconut milk, reduce honey to ½ tablespoon. This drink does not keep well once assembled; best enjoyed immediately.
