This Spooky Witches Brew Halloween Punch is a bright, citrusy, and sweet non-alcoholic drink with a creepy dry ice fog effect. It’s quick to make, uses simple ingredients, and is perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (960 ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 3 cups (720 ml) Lemon-Lime Soda (like Sprite or 7-Up)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Grenadine (optional)
  • 1 cup Frozen Lychees or Green Grapes (for ‘eyeballs’)
  • Food Coloring (optional, red or purple)
  • 1–2 pounds Dry Ice (for spooky effect)
  • Skeleton hands (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill all juices and lemon-lime soda in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving. Optionally freeze some juice in ice cube trays to avoid dilution.
  2. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir gently. If using grenadine, pour it in now (it will sink to create a layered effect).
  3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir gently to preserve carbonation.
  4. Drop in frozen lychees or green grapes (they will float like eyeballs). If using a frozen skeleton hand ice block, carefully place it in the bowl.
  5. Using tongs or heavy-duty gloves, add a small piece of dry ice (about the size of a golf ball) to the punch bowl. It will create thick fog that spills over the sides. Do not let anyone drink or eat the dry ice.
  6. Ladle punch into cups, avoiding any remaining dry ice pieces. Add more dry ice as needed for continuous fog effect.

Notes

Handle dry ice with care—never touch it with bare hands. Keep a sign near the punch bowl warning guests not to eat the dry ice. For best results, chill all ingredients beforehand and add dry ice just before guests arrive.
